Build Up Stamina For Live Shows
Have you ever had a performance and just after one song you’re tired as heck. Sometimes you’ll luck up if that was the only song you had to perform, but if you have a multiple song set, you might be shit out of luck. Yeah I bet you didn’t know that performing not only requires practice, but also exercise. You have to be healthy. Your body has to be ready. You don’t want to be on stage looking stupid when no more words come out of your mouth and you’re passing out in front of people. Imagine yourself on stage and after that first song you perform, you can’t even get another word out. That would be embarrassing. Your fans would hate you.
You might not have any fans left after that. It would be another thing if you were tired after a five or more song set. In order to dodge this outcome you’re going to have to exercise. Cardio and more cardio. Get off of your butt and run a little. Practice rapping or singing while running. Get your stamina up. The next time you’re performing on stage, it’ll be a breeze. If you make it a habit, maybe next time you won’t even break a sweat.
