Riversway Festival
The 2012 Preston Riversway Festival will be from the 21th until the 22th of July. If you are looking for the mooring booking form you can download a copy by

The weekend boasts over sixty guest boaters who sail to Preston from around the country to join in the fun, a host of water based activities such as boat trips around the dock. Guest boats including the RNLI and other maritime services and even a charity dragon boat competition brining the water alive with activity to entertain all the family. We are also in negotiations with the Royal Navy to bring HMS Charger to the festival.
Street Theatre is a major feature of the Riversway programme, keeping the crowds of all ages entertained across the weekend with sea faring favourites, talking whales, pirouetting pirates and quirky mermaids. The exhibition marquee offers a unique range of stalls to provide the perfect gift or even treat for yourself alongside a well stocked bar to quench the thirst of any festival goer. Friday will again play host to a night of live music and dancing and Saturday night will see the return of the popular folk night. A must-see is ‘Sing the Docks’ run by More Music working with choirs, singers and festival goers, to bring 2000+ singers harmonising over the waters for singing Sunday. Sunday will see scratch choirs, gospel singers, youth singers and more providing a relaxing antidote to the activity packed Saturday allowing you to unwind in style.
